About

Built by Clara Barkley Dorr, the widow of lumber tycoon Eben Dorr, this two-story house is an example of Greek Revival architecture. It is the last known example of this style in West Florida, with ornate Victorian trim and simple Gulf Coast features such as brick pier foundation and jib windows.
