Predominant Motif: 4 alphabets: uppercase block complete, lowercase ends at w, has both long and short S, uppercase script to W, no J or U and block no J ends with S. Numbers 1-10. All done in a rectangular box surrounded by meandering floral sprays of tulips, daffodils, and other flowers. Saw tooth border all 4 sides.
