Predominant Motif: A shepherd leans against a large tree trunk. The tree has large fluffy flowers. A small dog is at his feet. A woman in a long dress with apron stands near him. In the background are rolling hills, trees and a small flock of sheep. Painted sky and faces. (Note: Pastoral needlework based on a scene from Allan Ramsay's 1725 pastoral drama "The Gentle Shepherd").
