- The top half of this sampler is filled with a verse. Various stitched lines and narrow and wide cross bands. The bottom half has a gate(?) at the center top and below that a deer at the center of a mound. A man on either side stand on a tall perch. A geometric tree and a vase are on both L and R. A reversing arcaded carnation border all four sides.
