- Family record: flowering rose vines grow out of two large flowerpots in the bottom corners. The vines meet at the top, and slightly off center is an extremely large white rose. A saw tooth bordered cartouche contains the information about the Breed family. Dates are shown in the Quaker style of numbering: month, date, then year. Below is a verse about death. A ribbon has been hand stitched around all edges of the sampler.
