- Large three story building dominates the upper third. Urns with plants and pots of flowers decorate the roofs. Various birds, insects, animals and flowers are placed around the building. At the bottom angels on L and R of center holding crowns. Flowers, trees, dogs, squirrels and flowering trees across bottom third. Arcaded rose bud border all four sides.
