3 alphabets: each with a J and an ampersand, but the U and V are transposed in all 3. Various stitched lines and narrow and wide cross bands. At the bottom third a band with geometric flowers. Border of carnation motifs up the sides. Bottom and top of sampler appears to be cut off.
