This hymn is published in hymnals like the 2 links above. There are many more stanzas and I don’t find the first paragraph of this verse included. The second paragraph starts the hymn and the third paragraph ends it. The author lived from 1727 to 1795. 1799 was the first time I saw the hymn published but it could have been published earlier.
