- Small motif sampler that features designs found in the "Hunterdon collared deer" school samplers but contains no seated deer. Catharine also created a larger collared deer sampler ( see #3779). Designs include the droopy tulip and iris cluster, pair of birds, pine trees, a basket with fruit and a rose. Tiny reversing bud border all four sides.
