- Family names listed in a three part saw tooth stitched rectangle with a column on each side and curved arch across the top. At the center bottom two oval spaces intended to hold names of the deceased. Weeping willows surround these circles. Large rose and leafy vine border across the bottom and half way up the sides met by a daisy and fern border with a bow at the center top. Sampler is unfinished.
