3 alphabets: uppercase block double letters but u and v are transposed. Lowercase 26 letters but again u and v are transposed. Uppercase block done on two lines to letter U. Numbers 1-11. Various wide and narrow cross bands. Crown and coronet motifs. Reversing arcaded border all four sides.
