Predominent Motif
A man (St. James) stands to the L of a side chair. He wears a long black robe, a tan hat with a wide brim and is barefoot. In his R hand he holds a tall stick with a protrusion on the top. Flowers are on the L and a flowering tree and flowers on the R. One of group of 12 silk needlework pictures, each depicts an apostle.
Inscription
(Hand written in black ink at the bottom): St. James the Less / He was cast down from the temple & after killed with a fuller's club.
