Sampler is of the 'Hunterdon collared deer' group; At center bottom a seated, collared stag on a flat lawn, a squirrel in a tree, pine trees, pairs of dog, birds and lions. Numerous Quaker floral motifs. A reversing arcaded strawberry vine border all four sides. Note: all sampler motifs are stitched with wool thread, but stitchers name is embroidered with silk thread.
