- Family names stitched in a saw tooth rectangle. A flower spray across the top. A cornucopia in the bottom corners with a flowering vine that climbs to the top. Two flowering plants at the bottom. A zig zag border all four sides. (Note: on page 164 of the book American Samplers is listed a family register sampler by Polly's sister Jane. On it Jane added her sister's death: Sept. 10, 1821).
