This shield is surrounded by a wreath of laurels. At the top a silver eagle with outstretched wings hovers over a swag of roses. A pineapple sits at the top of a tapered shield, wheat swags and laurel leaves or palm fronds below. On the chevron a lions head above 3 horses heads.
