3 alphabets: uppercase script missing the J. Numbers 1-6. Various stitched lines. Two urn motifs. All done in a bordered rectangle. Reversing arcaded strawberry border that meets a basket of flowers at center bottom. Outer saw tooth border all four sides.

Jesus permit thy gracious name to stand / As the first effort of an infant hand / And while her fingers oer the canvass move, / Engage her tender heart to seek thy love, With thy dear children let her share a part / And write they name thyself upon her heart. / Elizabeth Newhall wrought this work Lynn August 1826 Aged 12 years //
