A heart in the center is surrounded by initials of a traditional German anagram. Various flowers on stems are between each letter. A reversing arcaded strawberry border across the top and bottom with a small flower border up both sides.

(Letters around a centered heart): O E H B D D E (A traditional anagram: O Edel Herz Bedenk Dein End meaning: O Noble Heart think on thine end). // (Note: Lydia married three times: first to George G.
