Mount Holly, NJ Courthouse with terraced steps and lawn, 6 trees on both sides. On the L: Ruth gleans the sheaves of Boaz . On the R: David tends his father's flocks. One saw tooth cross band. Motifs of birds, trees, berries and flowers. Inner saw tooth border and reversing arcaded strawberry border with on the outside.
