Predominent Motif
2 alphabets: both uppercase but first missing the Z due to no room (Y is in the border). Below the alphabets are three large stemmed flower motifs. The bottom half of the sampler is filled with a large three story building. On a fenced green lawn is a small black collared dog and a flock of geese. On the L side are two tall trees with a large bird on the ground and another large bird perched at the top of one of the trees. Reversing arcaded strawberry border up both sides and across the top. (Note: The pattern for this sampler is available. Please see the Gloucester County Historical Society website).
