- An unusual election report sampler to elect a representative to Parliament for Wiltshire County. In 1830 the lives of farm workers workers were in jeopardy due to the introduction of threshers which were brought in and took their jobs. Mr. Benett, the winner was one of the most hated men in the county but the election was reported to have been frought with pay offs and threats. This sampler lists the daily tally of the results. At the top L a flowering branch on a pedestal, on the R a crown. Just below, an eight pointed star on the R, and below this a coronet on both L and R. At the bottom another depiction of a flowering branch on both sides with a large urn with branches at the center bottom. Greek Key border all four sides. //
