3 alphabets. Vowels: AEIOU. Narrow cross bands. Motifs of flowers and fruit. At center bottom a two story house with two chimneys and a fenced yard. A large flower spray on both sides, and a fence across the entire sampler bottom. Zig zag border with flower sprigs up both sides and across the top.

Wrought by Mabel Jenkins aged 13 years this done in the year of our Lord 1809 / (Note): below this is a poem about preparing for the grave, unfortunately not quite legible. //
