About

The Francois Valle House belonged to the man who was the commandant when the town relocated from its original site due to flooding. It is a vertical log post on a sill house that may have been built prior to 1792. After obtaining an historic structures report and doing some domestic archaeology, the house will be restored and included as a part of the visitor experience to New France: the OTHER Colonial America at the Bolduc House Museum Complex.

Directions

The Museum Campus of New France: The OTHER Colonial America is located in historic Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, just 65 miles from downtown St. Louis. Take I-55 to Exit 150, then proceed east on Rt. 32.
