Francois Valle House, c. 1792
AboutThe Francois Valle House belonged to the man who was the commandant when the town relocated from its original site due to flooding. It is a vertical log post on a sill house that may have been built prior to 1792. After obtaining an historic structures report and doing some domestic archaeology, the house will be restored and included as a part of the visitor experience to New France: the OTHER Colonial America at the Bolduc House Museum Complex.
